Retail orders that contain all in stock products will ship from our warehouse located in Ames, Iowa within 2 business days. Smaller orders (< 1lb) will typically ship out via USPS First Class mail. Orders larger than one pound will ship out via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx ground depending on the carrier's delivery window and shipping cost.
Our professionally trained shipping team will package small and medium sized orders inside a sealed poly mailer bag and all individual products will come inside an individually sealed cellophane bag. *Note that custom graphic tee shirts that are made in house, may be packaged and grouped together in a larger single poly tube bag. Larger orders and/or orders that contain delicate or odd shaped items, such as hats, will ship in a cardboard box.
